RamClean Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial Services is seeking a Lead Cleaner / Floater to support operations throughout Columbus and surrounding areas. The role involves cleaning at multiple commercial facilities, filling in for staff, and assisting with new accounts.

The candidate should have 3+ years in commercial cleaning with floor care experience, be bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and be able to travel daily with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial cleaning/janitorial experience
• Experience with floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and occasional weekends
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude
• Professional communication with management and team members
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites
• Background check required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support at commercial facilities throughout the Columbus area.

$21-$23/hr and $150 biweekly gas allowance

You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance.
