Clean Team is seeking a Full-Time Site Lead in Twinsburg, Ohio to oversee cleaning operations and guide a team of cleaners. This role emphasizes responsibility, reliability, and delivering consistent, high-quality service across offices, restrooms, and common areas.

You will lead by example, communicate professionally, and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently while supporting coworkers and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Leadership or team coordination experience helpful.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Professional communication with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning assignments and priorities.
• Provide direction and assistance to cleaning team members.
• Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and designated common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.
• Monitor cleaning quality and address areas needing attention.
• Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and supply shortages.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures.
• Follow all company safety standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Communicate staffing or service concerns to management.
• Help ensure designated work areas are maintained throughout the shift.

As a Site Lead, you will help ensure daily cleaning responsibilities are completed correctly and efficiently while providing guidance and support to assigned team members.

What You'll Do

As a Site Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating daily cleaning assignments and priorities

Providing direction and assistance to cleaning team members

Vacuuming carpets and rugs

Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining hard-surface floors

Dusting furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces

Monitoring cleaning quality and addressing areas requiring additional attention

Reporting maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and supply shortages

Helping ensure designated work areas are properly maintained throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred

Leadership or team coordination experience is helpful

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management

Willingness to assist with cleaning duties while supporting the team

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift

Ability to follow written instructions and established cleaning procedures

Reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the United States
