Job summary

RamClean is seeking a Lead Cleaner / Floater to support our Operations Team across Ohio, Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. You will back up cleaning operations at multiple sites, step in during vacations or shortages, and help onboard new accounts while ensuring consistency and quality.

The role requires daily local travel, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel throughout the assigned area.

Qualifications

• - Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred.
• - 3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience.
• - Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• - Ability to stay for a few days at a time in a city to assist with special projects.
• - Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• - Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed.
• - Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• - Ability to communicate professionally with management and fellow team members.

Travel Requirements

This position requires daily travel to various customer locations throughout Ohio and Kentucky. Candidates must have:

• A reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and Kentucky.

You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance.
