Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Lead for our Liberty, TX location. This in-person role supports daily operations, greets customers, and ensures smooth shift execution. The Team Lead will model excellent service and help the management team drive performance.

The position offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and weekend/weekday scheduling flexibility. Prior leadership experience preferred and a positive attitude is a must.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility (landscape maintenance & pressure washing).
