Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Asheville, NC is hiring a Team Leader to help run our fast-paced car wash site. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with weekly commission potential and flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time roles.

You will provide friendly customer service, help open and close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles, guide them through the tunnel, and assist with light maintenance and site upkeep. We value reliability and energy.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable candidate.
• Able to stand for long hours in all weather.
• Drug screen and background check required; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Open and close the facility as needed.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility and perform landscaping and cleaning.
