Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Danville, VA is hiring a Team Leader to assist with site operations and lead by example. The role involves customer service, opening/closing the facility, enrolling customers in Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles and guiding them through the tunnel, and performing routine maintenance.

We offer competitive pay with weekly commission and flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, plus a strong growth path within a fast-growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
