Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Member/Leader to support daily operations across our car wash facilities in the United States. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting with opening/closing, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and helping prep vehicles for the tunnel.

You will also guide customers through the tunnel and contribute to equipment maintenance and site upkeep.

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscaping and pressure washing.
