Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Team Lead - Environmental Services to supervise Environmental Technicians, coordinate daily assignments in patient rooms and public areas, and ensure tasks are completed during the daytime shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a hospital.
• Familiar with functions for ES Tech I, II, and Floor care Specialist positions.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Previous experience in hospital/healthcare environment preferred.
• Proven supervisory/management experience.

What You Should Know About theTeam Lead- EVS:

• Monday- Friday: Typical hours 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• This position is based within Jefferson Regional Environmental Services Department

Job Summary:

The Team Lead of Environmental Services is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of Environmental Technicians in patient’s room, ancillary areas, and public facilities. This role is responsible for making sure assignments and calls are completed during the day.

Team Lead- EVS Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• This is a safety sensitive position.*
• At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a hospital
• Must be familiar with and understand all functions that are delegated to ES Tech I, II, and Floor care Specialist positions
• Capability to motivate, mentor, and train staff
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, ideally in environmental services or other related field preferred
