Jefferson Regional Med Ctr in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Floorcare Specialist for our Environmental Services team. The role focuses on cleaning all floor types and carpet care to keep the hospital looking clean and presentable.

The position operates on a night shift schedule, with duties performed within the Environmental Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable working independently or in a team, and follow all facility policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Must follow all rules and policies within the organization and department.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to operate floorcare machinery safely and effectively.
• At least 1 year of floorcare experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility or commercial cleaning role.
• Knowledge of hospital infection control procedures.
• Knowledge of floor cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.

What You Should Know About the Floorcare Specialist:

• Sunday-Thursday: Typical hours 10:30 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.
• This position is based within Jefferson Regional Environmental Services Department

Job Summary:

FloorCare Specialist is responsible for cleaning all types of floors and carpet care to ensure that all are clean to help beautify the appearance of the facility. This role should be able at maintain a consistent clean look of all surfaces and repair any issues as they occur during a work schedule.

Floorcare Specialist Qualifications:
