Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 7 years’ experience in controls, electronics, systems, or software engineering.
• At least 2 years’ experience leadership in either people or technical management.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and mentor team members to foster collaboration and growth.
• Develop, document, and implement embedded software standards for Linux/RTOS platforms.
• Assist in planning and road-mapping to build development capabilities and align with organizational goals.
