Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission, values and guest experience to life in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while supporting the training and development of other Team Members.

As a Team Leader, you will work with General Managers and Assistant General Managers to delegate routines, manage opening/closing duties, ordering, inventory, and cash handling, and uphold food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage shifts.
• Handle food orders, inventory, and cash.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations to ensure standards are met.
• Collaborate with managers to deliver guest experiences.
