Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in sales-driven environments (car wash, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses preferred).
• Proven ability to coach teams to sell and deliver great customer interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and POS system experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals, including memberships, upgrades, and add-on services.
• Actively engage with customers to promote wash packages and subscriptions.
• Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, high standards, and strong customer conversion.
• Track performance, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce sales best practices.
• Maintain inventory, follow company policies, and resolve operational or customer issues quickly.
• Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on results, accountability, and customer loyalty.
