NiSource is seeking a Team Leader – Design/Drafting in Columbus, OH to guide a team of designers and drafters, manage 2D and 3D AutoCAD work, and ensure resources are aligned with engineering needs for field and design projects.

You will mentor staff, maintain CAD templates, review plans, and produce 3D models of gas distribution systems while coordinating with Field Engineering, Construction, and Operations to deliver safe, compliant designs.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of design/drafting experience required.
• Proficiency with GIS systems and piping design standards.
• Experience leading design projects and preparing regulatory documentation.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and work well in a team.
