Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Lead - MIC to manage shifts and mentor a fast-paced bakery-cafe team in Streamwood, IL. You report to the General Manager or Operating Partner and drive culture, performance, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team, ensure food safety standards, and coach associates to meet service quality, speed, and accuracy targets, while supporting growth opportunities within Panera.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in all service or production positions (Service: Coffee, Barista, Bakery Backer, Dining Room, Cashier; Production: Prep, Soups, Salads/Hot Entrees, Sandwiches, Consolidator).
• You meet requirements: at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Certified Manager Program (CMP) requirements or ServSafe certification are expected.
