Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching and motivating them to exceed goals
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term guest loyalty
