As a Team Manager, you will lead team members, coach and motivate the crew to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction, while ensuring food safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of our food and service.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
