Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, develop team members, and uphold Panera’s high standards for guest experience and food safety. You will play a key role in recruiting, coaching, and ensuring efficient service in a dynamic bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Background check required and lifting up to 25 pounds with standing up to 6 hours

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with the quality of food, service, and staff
• Lead, coach and develop team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience
• Participate in interviewing and selection
• Train the team in food safety standards
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust
