We are seeking a Team Lead, Clinical Services to oversee the initiation and delivery of clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement. You will manage day‑to‑day operations of clinical services, including assessments, high‑quality service delivery, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your role is to lead an interdisciplinary team, handle staffing, intern management, scheduling, and actively engage with referral sources to promote access to care.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical service delivery to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and overall workflow.
  • Conduct client assessments, determine diagnoses, and identify treatment or testing needs.
  • Develop individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans aligned with client needs and preferences.
  • Support the Director with program development, implementation, evaluation, and technical assistance.
  • Assess client risk levels, complete risk assessments, and implement appropriate safety planning.
  • Facilitate and manage therapeutic groups and group programming.
  • Coordinate care with external agencies and provide required reporting to community partners.
  • Supervise clinical staff and interns, including performance evaluations, coaching, productivity monitoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure compliance through audits, peer reviews, accurate clinical documentation, and proper management of clinical records.
Qualifications

  • Expertise in diagnostic assessments, cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities, and trauma‑informed care.
