Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead to mentor teachers, support directors, and help run daily school operations in a licensed childcare center. You will ensure high-quality care and learning experiences while upholding licensing and company standards.

You’ll coach and train staff, step in for Director in their absence, communicate with parents, and help create engaging learning activities. The role offers a collaborative, positive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in early childhood education, child development, or a CDA.
• Experience coaching and training staff.
• Experience leading a classroom in a licensed childcare facility and creating lesson plans.
• State education/licensing requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as mentors to fellow teachers while supporting directors in daily school operations.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and implementing company standards.
• Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
