Learning Care Group is hiring a Team Lead at a child care center in Maryland. You will promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of the children, take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and partner with families to support each child's success.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, immediate health benefits, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth through our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of the children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote achievement and support center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on director/assistant director duties in absence of leadership.
