Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Team Lead for a child care center in New York. You will promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, lead classroom management, and implement curriculum while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a CDA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your care.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist with training of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Take on duties of Director/Assistant Director in absence, including opening and closing the center.
