Job summary

The Children's Courtyard is seeking a Team Lead in Grapevine, TX to guide classroom instruction and lead daily learning with a focus on growth for children and families. You will manage classrooms, implement engaging lesson plans, and support a positive learning environment.

As a Team Lead, you will mentor new teachers, collaborate with families for student success, and cover Director duties when needed while ensuring licensing standards are met with energy and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Must be 18+ and able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth through classroom leadership.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and assist with training of new hires and fellow teachers.
• Step into Director/Assistant Director duties in their absence and ensure licensing standards.
