Job summary

The Children's Courtyard is hiring a Team Lead in Coppell, TX. You will promote the growth of children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and communicate with families to support student achievement.

You will mentor new hires, provide learning experiences, and step into leadership roles when directors are unavailable. Join a team that values care, growth, and community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• Ability to implement lesson plans and follow curriculum.
• College credits towards ECE or CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation (≥50% of weekly schedule).
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
• In the absence of the Director/Assistant Director, perform leadership duties and center operations.
