Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operational issues.
• Proactively visit registers to provide direction and support.
• Assist customers with issues at the register and improve service.
• Schedule and oversee breaks and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and disciplinary steps as needed.
