Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks an experienced clinical leader to oversee a program component, ensuring high-quality care and staff performance. The role supervises, trains, and coaches staff to maintain service excellence and strong customer collaboration.

The position requires a Master’s in a relevant field and California licensure, with several years of direct clinical experience and advanced diagnostic skills. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field and minimum three (3) years of direct clinical experience or equivalent (2 years = 1 year).
  • Current California Licensure as LCSW, MFT, or licensed psychologist.
  • Valid licensure for a minimum of two (2) years.
  • Advanced clinical skills in counseling and psychotherapy with individuals, families, and groups.
  • Advanced practitioner skills in diagnosis and clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates clinical service oversight with CPM and/or Clinical Director.
  • Ensures program and staff comply with regulatory standards and documentation of care.
  • Guides and mentors Program Supervisors, Managers, and Directors for staff development and discipline.
  • Leads delivery of clinical services and implements service and safety plans for children and families.
  • Provides direct clinical work with all populations served.
  • Develops, implements and oversees clinical training for staff.
  • Provides clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians from other departments.
  • Facilitates Clinical Rounds and supports program development.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with internal/external customers and payors.
