Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN, LPC, LMFT or LCSW credential required.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification required at hire or within two years.
• Minimum of five years clinical experience including case management.

• Take a leadership role in development, implementation, and operation of assigned programs.
• Supervise and coach team members; participate in hiring decisions with leadership.
