Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking energized Team Leads to guide daily operations at our Huntsville, TX location. You will train team members, maintain standards, and ensure a superb guest experience.

Leadership potential and a positive attitude are essential; prior car wash experience is not required but is helpful. This role offers full-time hours, outdoor work, and opportunities to advance while learning car wash operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to train others and coach team members.
• Dependable and committed to leading.
• Basic computer/tech proficiency.
• Able to work outdoors in changing weather.
• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or automotive settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support the daily operations of the car wash and help keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach Team Members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership information, and product recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash location.
• Reinforce company standards for uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism.
• Ensure team members are following established safety procedures and operating standards.
• Assist site leadership with daily tasks, assignments, and operational priorities.
• Learn and perform all positions and responsibilities at the location.
• Help identify and address operational issues and communicate them to site leadership.
• Assist with basic equipment and facility needs and learn car wash operations and maintenance.
• Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Help create an environment where team members feel supported, accountable, and motivated to succeed.
