Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily site operations and lead a small team in a fast-paced, car-wash environment. You will model exceptional service, assist with opening/closing, and support management while delivering a friendly guest experience.

This role offers an hourly base pay of 13 USD with weekly commission opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a clear path to growth from entry-level leadership to management positions.

Qualifications

• Able to stand long hours and work outdoors in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
