Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Winchester, Kentucky is seeking a Team Leader to support the site’s facilities and operations. You will provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service, help open and close the location, and guide customers through the car wash process while setting a positive example for the team.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with weekly commission opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling, both part-time and full-time roles, and strong growth potential within one of the country’s

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
