Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Omaha, NE. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, helping open/close the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and preparing vehicles for the tunnel.

You will guide customers onto the conveyor and assist with maintenance, all while maintaining a clean, safe site. We offer PTO, health/dental/vision coverage after 90 days, 401(k) eligibility, and company-paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable
• Ability to stand on feet for long hours
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Drug screen and background check required by state guidelines
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service
• Assist in opening and closing the facility
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment
• Maintain the facility including landscape upkeep and pressure washing
