Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Overland Park, KS to assist with facility operations and guest service. You will learn what it takes to run a car wash and set a positive example for the team.

This role offers flexible scheduling, the chance to advance to management, and a path in a fast-growing industry. Daily duties include opening/closing, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable team member.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
