Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Omaha, NE is seeking a Team Leader to help run a fast-paced car wash facility. You will lead daily operations, provide friendly service, and set a positive example for the team.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17/hour, weekly commission opportunities, and growth into management. Part-time and full-time shifts are available; benefits after probation and a 90-day benefits window.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
