Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run the site’s facility and operations. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, overseeing opening/closing duties, and guiding guests through the car wash process.

You will be part of a fast-moving, team-driven environment with clear opportunities for growth into management roles. Competitive pay includes weekly commission and benefits based on hire terms.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and power washing.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service and guide guests through services.
• Assist in opening/closing the facility and ensuring security.
• Enroll customers in Unlimited Car Wash Club and explain memberships.
• Prepare vehicles for tunnel operation and position them safely.
• Guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor and monitor flow.
• Assist in routine maintenance of equipment and facility upkeep.
