Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in North Carolina for our Ridgewood location. You will lead daily operations at the car wash, help train teammates, and ensure a high level of guest service throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in all weather conditions while supporting management in achieving targets and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility and landscape as needed.
