Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to support facility operations and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will help run daily activities, guide customers through the car wash process, and support management in achieving high guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions, with opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility (landscaping & pressure washing).
