Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to guide the site operations and lead a friendly, high-energy team. The role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring clean facilities, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and supporting maintenance and safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
