Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the facility and operations at our car wash. You will lead by example, deliver friendly service, and support the management team while guiding customers through the wash process.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape and pressure washing.
