Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run our car wash facility with a fun, team-oriented culture. You will model excellent guest service and support daily operations from opening to closing, including customer enrollment in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.

Ideal candidates are energetic, able to stand long hours, work in all weather, and pass drug/background checks. Growth and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
