Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Augusta, GA. You will guide daily operations, assist customers, and help drive a fast, friendly car wash experience. This role offers growth opportunities and the chance to earn weekly commissions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, enrolling members, vehicle prep, and maintenance of equipment and facilities in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
