Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with daily site operations and lead by example. This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you can learn how to run a car wash operation and grow into management opportunities.

You will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the facility, enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, and participate in equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
