Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI) seeks a Team Lead / Business Analyst to lead an 8–12 person cross-functional Agile team supporting PeopleSoft HCM in a SAFe environment, delivering requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

The role combines hands-on BA work with team leadership, maintains Azure DevOps artifacts, coordinates with Product Owners and stakeholders, and ensures delivery of mission-critical capabilities for Federal Government customers.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering or related field.
5+ years in business analysis, Agile software delivery, or enterprise app implementation.
Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and refining requirements.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar lifecycle tools.
Familiarity with SAFe delivery practices and PI planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Agile team of ~8–12 developers and testers.
Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to capture needs.
Elicit requirements, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Maintain and refine backlog in Azure DevOps and support traceability.
Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and PI planning activities.
Ensure delivery aligns with business needs and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with QA, release management, and other teams to resolve dependencies.
