Qualifications

• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business reports.
• Minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be a U.S. person under export control rules.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of LOCATION.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production control boards/Tier boards in area.
• Recommends work schedule for area, including overtime and staffing, estimates worker hour requirements.
• Escalates all corrective actions to supervisor.
• Ensures all work instructions are followed in assigned areas.
• Assists supervisor in defining training needs and maintaining a training matrix.
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine materials and operations.
• Examines defective machinery to determine cause of malfunction.
• Inspects work in progress and finished products.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Analyzes and resolves work issues and assists co-workers.
• Assists in production as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
