Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in operations/manufacturing
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
• U.S. person per ITAR; no immigration sponsorship
• No relocation benefit within 50 miles of Jackson, MI

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to hourly employees to ensure safe, efficient, high quality operation.
• Champion Safety Culture using MESH tools and empower employees to take responsibility for safety.
• Lead use of EBS practices (MESH, ELSS, EQS, ProLaunch, BOS/BSC) focused on value stream performance.
• Track key operational metrics using Tiered Meeting process; direct day-to-day production activities.
• Champion continuous improvement via ELSS tools and related programs.
• Schedule overtime and manage to the labor plan.
• Coach employees to address performance issues and drive accountability.
• Foster a positive, engaged team sentiment aligned with Eaton values and learning environment.
• Train and develop hourly team members with clear expectations and coaching as needed.
• Make decisions and escalate as appropriate; perform additional duties as assigned.
