5th HQ in Miramar, FL is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to oversee the production line. The role targets someone with experience in manufacturing or assembly, capable of leading a team, sustaining productivity, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The Team Lead will drive daily production to meet goals, supervise workflow, and provide coaching. Evening shift runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with pay ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.
