5th HQ in Miramar, FL is seeking a dedicated Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing activities in our pharmaceutical team. You will lead a team to meet production goals, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain accurate batch records to support quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in production, strong leadership and communication skills, and a good grasp of production tracking systems.

We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedProduction Leadto join in a pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Miramar, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead a team to meet production goals efficiently. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with leadership skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain compliance withGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)and FDA regulations.
• Train, mentor, and oversee production team members to ensure safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Coordinate and schedule production runs to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including batch records, reports, and logs.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Communicate production goals, updates, and challenges to management and the production team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Address and resolve production issues or bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding ofGMP standardsand FDA regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using computer systems for production tracking and reporting.
