Job summary

Automation Displays in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets, and serve as the frontline leader in the manufacturing operation. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.

  • Experience with manufacturing/production reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees.
  • Communicate production priorities, schedules, and expectations to team members.
  • Monitor workflow and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding production questions and issues.
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production, equipment, and workflow issues.
  • Escalate concerns to the Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Train, coach, and support employees on processes and standard work.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure accurate completion of production documentation and records.
  • Support inventory accuracy and proper material handling practices.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and communicate key information to team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform production work as necessary to support operational requirements.

Position Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to assigned production team members while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery expectations are achieved. This position serves as the frontline leader within the manufacturing operation by coordinating workflow, communicating priorities, and ensuring standard work processes are followed.

The Team Lead works closely with the High Volume Supervisor to drive operational performance, develop employees, resolve production issues, and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Hours

3:30 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees.
