Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Team Lead - Materials to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials on the shop floor. You will coordinate the work of material handlers and train new hires while ensuring timely material movement and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials and equipment; ensure correct delivery and shipment of materials.
• Coordinate the work of other materials employees and train all new material handlers on the team.
• Act as the forklift driving tester for those seeking a forklift license.
• Perform work within takt/cycle time and per work instructions.
• Monitor and test new forklift drivers and recertifications.
• Provide and process movement of material to point of use; keep area clean and organized.
