Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Lead Warehouse IWE in Olive Branch, MS. You will direct and coach a team to meet production goals, oversee order picking, replenishment, and shipping, and ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.

You will train staff, monitor performance, create BOLs, and maintain a clean, safe work area while escalating issues to the proper channels as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach warehouse staff to meet production goals.
• Oversee order picking, replenishment, and shipping processes.
• Schedule pickups and train employees on procedures.
• Monitor performance and production metrics; escalate issues as needed.
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and process orders.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Identify and correct production problems and ensure policy adherence.
