MITER Brands in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Team Lead for the Day Shift to keep production running smoothly and safely. You will review daily production needs, supervise team members, and ensure shipments are on track while coordinating with material handlers and supervisors.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in a production environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to read policies.

• Maintain production flow and make adjustments as needed.

• Power down machinery and lights at the end of the shift.
• Assist with training new team members.

MI Windows and Doors is looking for a Team Lead to join our Day Shift team in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you'll ensure daily production goals are met, repairs are ordered, and shipments are on track—all while supporting the department supervisor and team leader. Safety and quality will be your top priorities as you guide and assist team members throughout the day.

Compensation Range: $25.50 - $29.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM
