Job summary

Get Air Buffalo LLC is seeking a Team Lead in Buffalo, NY to help run daily park operations, supervise team members, and ensure the highest safety and guest satisfaction. You will support management, host parties, and contribute to achieving park sales goals, all while maintaining a fun, safe environment.

Base pay starts at $17.50/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $22/hour through tips, bonuses, and commissions.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We're looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.

Team Leads earn $17.50/hour base pay, and can earn up to $22/hr with tips, bonuses and commissions. We offer on-the-job training with many opportunities for growth within the park and the company. Plus, you can take part in the fun and jump for free anytime you're off the clock.
